Please note that your booking is not accepted or confirmed until you have heard back from us by email and the deposit has been paid in full.  We check our bookings emails once or twice a week over Winter and more frequently over Summer.

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT

We have a minimum booking of 2 nights. A weekend booking consists of a minimum booking of Friday and Saturday night. The minimum booking will increase in the case of a public holidays at Redwood Valley Farm’s discretion. Unused nights in these circumstances can be used by family and friends of those booking with our approval.

Your deposit is required immediately upon booking. Payment can be made by direct credit to the following account:

Please put your surname, the accomodation you are staying at and first night booked as a reference.

The deposit required is the minimum fee for the accommodation you have booked for all nights you plan to stay: $90 per night for The Woolshed, $60 per night for the Woolshed Cabins, $70 per night for Chalet and Log Cabin, $45 per night for Redwood and Puriri Huts, $30 per night for campsites.  Further payment above the minimum fee required can be made online before arrival or by cash during your stay. Please see our price list or ask us to determine your entire cost. An adult is anyone 15 years and over.  Please note that our current prices are effective for bookings made from the 1st September 2023.

Your booking is from 12 noon the day of arrival until 12 noon the day of departure, unless advised differently by Redwood valley farm. You 100% have to clean the accommodation before you leave.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make it to your booking, you can transfer a booking to someone that you know with our approval before the booking takes place.

Any refunds due on cancellation will be made by the same method payment was made.

Cancellation Fee:

More than 30 days before the first accommodation date booked, fee will be – 0% of full booked price.

Between 15 and 29 days before the first accommodation date booked will be used – 50% of full booked price.

Less than 15 days before the first accommodation date booked will be used -100% of full booked price.

Please note Redwood valley farm reserves the right to terminate your booking or stay at our farm at any time if you are deemed to be behaving inappropriately towards ourselves, other visitors or our property.
