Bookings, Cancellations
and Payment
Please note that your booking is not accepted or confirmed until you have heard back from us by email. We check our bookings emails once or twice a week over Winter and more frequently over Summer.
BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND PAYMENT
We have a minimum booking of 2 nights. A weekend booking consists of a minimum booking of Friday and Saturday night. The minimum booking will increase in the case of a public holidays at Redwood Valley Farm’s discretion. Unused nights in these circumstances can be used by family and friends of those booking with our approval.
Your deposit is required immediately upon booking. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (made out to MLR Investments Limited), or direct to the following account:

Please put your surname and place of stay as reference.
The deposit required is the minimum fee for the accommodation you have booked: $60 per night for The Woolshed, $40 per night for the Woolshed Cabins, $40 per night for Chalet and Log Cabin, $25 per night for Redwood and Puriri Huts, $20 per night for campsites. Further payment above the minimum fee can made by cash during your stay, or online. Please see our price list or ask us to determine your entire cost. An adult is anyone 14 years and over. Please note that our deposits increase to $70 per night for The Woolshed, $50 per night for Chalet and Log Cabin, $30 per night for Redwood and Puriri Huts at 1 June 2019 when our prices increase.
Your booking is from 12 noon the day of arrival until 12 noon the day of departure, unless advised by us. You are expected to have cleaned the accommodation before you leave.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to come to your booking, you can transfer a booking to someone that you know with our approval.
Any refunds due on cancellation will be made by the same method payment was made.
Cancellation Fee:
More than 30 days before the first date service/s will be used- 0%
Between 15 and 29 days before the first date service/s will be used – 50%
Between 1 and 14 days before the first date service/s will be used -100%
On or after the first date service/s will be used – 100%
Please note the cancellation fee will apply even if you have not paid a deposit. You will be invoiced for the outstanding deposit even if you don’t show up and have not cancelled.
